Associate-to-Associate Relief: Sears Holdings has implemented its “SHC Associates Helping Associates” program to accept donations for our impacted associates. Under this program, associates can make donations to help their fellow associates and their families. This program is in addition to our ongoing corporate efforts under the Disaster Relief Program.

To donate, simply write your check made payable to SHC Associates Helping Associates.1 Here are specifics about how to donate depending on your location:

  • Hoffman Estates associates may deliver or send donations directly to the Associate Services Organization at A3-125B.
  • Locations outside of Hoffman, please give your donations to your local Human Resources Lead or Representative who will consolidate and mail to the Hoffman Estates address noted below.

The company does not match contributions in this plan because the company already supports impacted associates through the Associate Disaster Relief Plan.

The Sears Holdings Associate Disaster Relief Program assists our associates who have suffered significant personal loss due to natural and personal disasters. Contact your Manager/HR Representative if you are impacted by a disaster and have losses that will not be covered by your insurance or FEMA.
